with singer Matthew Davis, The Dirt have primarily been
playing venues in their home county of Dorset, headlining

and a few years back won the Bournemouth heats of Emergenza
and competed in the Southern final at Portsmouth's acclaimed
Wedgewood Rooms.
Prolific songwriters in their own rights, the music
they write together evokes the Americana of the Southern

Multi-instrumentalist Juliana Meyer writes and arranges
- and all the songs on her album see her playng most
of the instruments too! Vocals, guitar, bass, cello,
piano, mandolin, violin, double bass, glockenspiel,
drum programming. On stage, however, she only has one
pair of hands - so we'll be priviledged to an acoustic
rendition of her beautiful songs and voice, with just
guitar and perhaps some piano too.
